Bully

                                                        We didn't realize how serious it was:
                                                         making fun of people,imitating them, exaggerating.
                                                         Until the teachears told us.
                                                       
                                                         I had two groups of friends,
                                                         they told me that it was mean
                                                         and not funny.
                                                         Peer pressure.......that I shook it off.
                                                         I started drifting away.

                                                         I was so mad at first,
                                                         but I'm glad they told how serious it was.
                                                         
                                                         HARD TO STOP BULLIES?
                                                         IT'S NOT IMPOSSIBLE

The Chrysalids

In chapter 18 of the book "The Chrysalids" written by John Wyndham, Kevin Zou, and Brenda Han. David arrives at the Zealand with Rosalind, Petra, and the lady of Zealand to start a new life of their own. In fact, the reality is being showed that everybody in Zealand is a telepath who communicated through mind shapes so they do not talk physically and begin to loose their ability to talk. Meanwhile, Davids telepath friend Michael decides to bring his girlfriend Rachel to go find David and the secret Zealand. After a few months of traveling on lands and water, Michael and Rachel finally arrive at Zealand that everything seems to be so quiet and peaceful. Soon they find out that people has lost their ability to speak after years of sharing mind shapes. Michael thought they must not forget the way of communicating that people has always been using, so after years of trying, Michael has succeed to recover the telepaths' ability to talk and the two couples with people of Zealand lived happily ever after.............. We used this idea to write in this chapter was because that the Zealand is full of telepaths, and perhaps we can create a mini version of mutation with people started to loose abilities that people has born with. Since a town like Waknuk can have an evolution of human race, so an island can also something similar to make this extra chapter more connected to the whole idea of the book.
